Delivery Process

Once the order has been placed, and payment is reflected in the bank account – the package will be prepared.  Depending on location and availability of stock – it usually takes between 3 – 10 working days. Delivery is only for customers who supply an address within the borders of South Africa.


If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact  If your package arrives damaged or incorrect – please send photographs of the item within 24 hours.  Please be sure not to damage the packaging if it is being returned as this voids the arrangement and we will not be able to replace or refund the item
